Glenn - Thanks for the good job in inspecting the property. There were items I had noted earlier and expected to see them in your report, which I did. I will certainly be contacting you for a reinspection to insure all needed repairs or items noted as needing further investigation have been properly addressed BEFORE we would close/buy the property.
