this apartment complex is falling down. The roof leaks everytime it rains black mold is everywhere. If you stop by and just walk around you will see cracks in the walls with wire hangin out. The manager is never in the office and when you do she is useless. If you are looking to rent she will put on a smile and do everything she can. The moment you sign a lease that all stops and you will find out how living in communist russia was. So if you like living in the slums with a slumloard, black mold roaches and termites this is the best place you could live. If you like to live in a home that is safe healthy and in a community that supports good people then move anywhere else other then palm terrace.
