I boarded my two dogs here for the first time. They went in very clean, as they had recently come back from the groomers. When we checked them out both dogs emitted a foul odor and looked very scruffy as if they hadn't been bathed in months!! I brought my concerns to the manager and was basically given a 'talk off' with no explanation for it. They suggested that 'next time we could request a bath for a fee'. I explained that I have used a number of kennels many times and this is the first time I have ever encountered this problem. For this reason I requested a partial refund of the cost for the stay. They instead offered a complimentary bath on our next visit. I declined, why would I entrust my dogs to this type of outfit again? When I insisted on a partial refund I was told they checked with the owner and the owner refused to honor a refund for part of the stay. They obviously don?t care about making it right for the customer. I will never use them again, and thought I had to warn other dog lovers out there.
