I took my 13-year-old daughter and her friend here for birthday ""teen facials"". Both have lovely skin but I thought they would like the soothing experience of a gentle treatment with steam, masks, cream, etc. Terrible mistake. Both girls emerged from the treatment rooms nearly in tears, with blotchy red skin where their skin had been (unnecessarily) extracted and gouged with metal tools. They said the treatment really hurt and that they had told the technicians (one man, one woman) to stop but they had not. I immediately told the woman at the front desk and she said the manager would call me, but no one ever did. The blotches remained for days! This experience cost $150. Of course we will not be back.
