We wanted to have a new WaterSense rated toilet installed to reduce our water bill. Doug Goodrich arrived on time for the appointment and efficiently removed the old toilet and installed a TOTO toilet. He was careful to put down tarps to protect our carpet and even cleaned up the flooring around the old toilet before installing the new one. Doug was polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Day & Nite and Doug Goodrich to others.
