This is the second BMW I have purchased from BMW Manhattan and again the service was excellent. Roy was very accomodating with my schedule and always a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and took care in explaining all the details of the car. Jodi made the process easy and answered all my financial questions thoughtfully.
