Jennifer was the one who worked with me. She was very friendly and professional, and she made sure that I was comfortable and was prepared for what would happen before she started the procedure. After the photofacial, she patiently answered any additional questions that I had. The final results were better than I had expected, and I have already scheduled a 2nd photofacial.
