I just wanted to let you all know that we made it safely ti Idaho yesterday and I would like to thank your business (especially the front desk woman and the technician who inspected our car) for troubleshooting our car without appointment on an emergency basis during our Thanksgiving roadtrip. We were ripe to be taken advantage of by any auto repair shop unscrupulous enough to do so, and not being from the area, we didn't know where to send our towed vehicle and pretty much chose your shop "blind" from the phone book. We got lucky!
