Do not rent from this Alamo, and if you do be certain to inspect your car and have something in writing before leaving the lot. Bottom line is that our car was not inspected prior to leaving the lot, and we were charged $1200 worth of damages for damage that we absolutely did not do. Read other social networking websites like Yelp for others who have also had this same exact experience. This is wrong and needs to be stopped.
