So I have had sprint for my business less than 3 weeks and had so many equipment issues it is not funny. They like to argue constantly and fight with Customers and do not want to help out in any way. They say they have Customer Account Executives that will call back in 24-48 hours well I am here to tell you I have not gotten a phone call, letter, or anything for 3 weeks. So where is there Customer Care. I am right now investigating the matter further to get hold of the President of the Company or Vice President.
