I highly recommend Synergy Fitness Boot Camp! I started only 4 weeks ago and have already lost 5lbs, 2% body fat, and a total of 9 inches- 2 of them off my waist! All numbers aside, this is a great boot camp. I was apprehensive at first, because of course I thought I would show up the first day and everyone would be super athletes and leave me in the dust. This is totally not Synergy Fitness Boot Camp! On the first day, the owner and coach, Tim, was incredibly nice and welcoming, as were the other boot camp members. There are people of many different fitness levels and ages at the camps. Tim remembers names immediately and always provides personal, positive feedback, encouraging you to take it to the next level. He is also full of motivation and energy- which is much needed at 5:30 in the morning!
