I've been a customer of the Listening Room off and on for over twenty years. I like that they treat every customer like a member of their family.
I shied away from the big stores because I felt they often couldn't explain the products they were selling. The entire staff at the Listening Room, has the knowledge and ability to provide explanations regarding the the particular products you're interested in. They know virtually everything about the products they sell. That is extremely important to me. And they take the time to explain it to you.
They also stand behind their products. I've never had any major issues, but even for the smallest thing, they'll jump to help out and make it right. You might pay a little more for the service and quality products you're getting, but it's well worth it. I do think that their prices are more competitive now. Overall, it's been a great experience and I highly recommend them!
