I received an ad in the mail for $19.99 oil change, plus all these little extras..the normal extras-fluid top off, tire rotation, tire pressure check--nothing out of the ordinary, but definitely enough to entice me to give them a shot. I requested them to rotate my tires. I made sure to mention this when dropping off my truck. Long story short, tires were not rotated, and it ended up costing $33 and it took the better part of an hour and a half. Did they change my oil? Yes. Did they earn my future business? Not necessarily.
