I was told ahead of time to arrive a few minutes early to fill out some paperwork. I made an appointment for 2:20 and arrived at 2:00. I was surprised that they took me in at 2:15 to get started. The dental assistants and dentist were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be going back as well as inviting my family.
