I have been in almost every VEDA. And in all of them is the same thing. The misses at the reception are rude, they dont say please, they don't say thank you and their attitude over the phone is terrible. You can tell if a person is smiling, happy, sad etc over the phone and this misses are way to cold, stiff and I really hate when you say thank you and they say "uh uh" (they are too good to say thank you back) or you have to ask them again to review and confirm if your appointment is correct because they won't do it. Anyway this is a area of opportunity to improve the experience that you have in their salon, once you pass by those little rude people in the front desk... I always feel relief to be in hands of my favorite hair stylist. more
