Didn't realize my insurance was no longer doing business with them, so when I walked in last week- I should have had to pay entirely out of pocket. They pointed this fact out, but then reminded me of how much they valued me as a patient, and gave me a free cleaning!!! I don't care if I have to change insurance or start paying out of pocket; the customer service they provide is so unbelievable and genuinely kind, that I don't ever want to change dentist offices. I would gladly pay out of pocket and twice as much to keep coming here.
