It was my first visit. People I interacted with were very pleasant, cheerful and more important, knowledgeable. They already pulled my Insurance information in detail so I did not have to worry about anything. Their knowledge about lenses, frames was good too. Dr Heimlich was wonderful and made boring eye exam quite fun :). Cant wait to get my new glasses now.
