I was quoted a price for a pair of glasses several weeks ago and the quote that was given to me was wrong (lower than it should have been). I shopped several other places and couldn't beat the "wrong" quote that was given to me. When I went back to purchases the glasses, the correct pricing was given to me by another employee. Bottom line, you stood by the "wrong" quote given to me and you now have a customer for life and will tell all my story.
