Best Italian food in PDX? I think not! Food was good, black linguine with sea food and putanesca, the location in trendy Mississippi Ave is OK, and the facilities are quaint. They want me to believe the best Italian food in PDX should be eaten with cheap flatware from the wholesale house, and paper napkins? What don't they understand about the experience that includes the food, the wait staff, the ambiance, and the table settings?
