When I'm at Hairston's which is about 4 times a month I alway's order the lemon pepper wings's. But on my Boyfriend's Birthday he had a T-bone steak that was seasoned to profection veggie medley and mash potato's that I swear were homemade. I had the Chicken Alfredo, a side salad and garlic bread that was to die for. The Chef, well who we thought was the Chef was the one to bring the food to the table which was refreshing. He then returned to check on us and we told him how perfect the food was and tried to tip him, but he said that the smile on our face was his tip. So now two week's later on a Sunday eve around six like before we ordered the same food again, but this time we brought along three friends. We told them how awesome Erick is in the kitchen and they all had the Chicken Alfredo. OMG this was the worst food I have ever had before me,the steak had no seasoning, was just bland. The mashed Potato's were instant, The Chicken Alfredo was just awful and so was the bread, no garlic at all. I then ask my server to have Erick come to our table and she said that he had'nt gotten to work just yet. So I ask her who was doing the cooking and she said the Chef, I said the Chef? Yes Chef Teddy she said, I then said he could learn a few thing's from Erick. I still paid for everything, but I will not eat there unless Erick is doing the cooking. So to all that will dine and party at Hairston's ask your Server if Erick is in the house,Cuz If he ain't then you better order only chicken wing's because that's the only thing the Chef can cook. Good job Erick keep the passion for Good Food. And for the Manager Todd, YOU GO BOY. Mike, Sean, Toy, Chanara thumbs up. Stacy
