We would like to say that working with Hercules Moving Systems has far exceeded our expectations!!!! They were very competitive in pricing, and kept us informed all the way through the process. They explained how everything would go from the beginning and followed through with it all. The people were extremely friendly, and they were wonderful to work with. We did end up with one missing item, and Hercules offered to pay for it right away. Unfortunately it was a piece that was very hard to find, and it took us 7 months to find one, and way past their deadline to cover such items, they were happy to pay for it still and make sure we were satisfied!!!!!!!! All of this without having to go through some horrible claims process too! We told them we found it, and had a check in our hands in a week, no questions asked! That goes above and beyond great service!! I would use them again without a doubt and would recommend them to anyone I know! Thank you for exceptional service!
