Unfortunately my issue wasn't as easy as a backed up sink or main line, but instead I had a collapsed mainline tile. To make matters worse, the location of the tile was under the detached garage. Fearing the worst, I priced out taking down the garage, having the tile fixed and then having a new garage rebuilt. Luckily, Tim was able to provide me with several options and I was able to get the tile fixed without having to do anything to the garage. While I would have preferred to not have not had to call at all, Tim and his team at least made the experience pleasant. Using a camera through the mainline they were able to show me the damage, explain how the problem could be fixed and they had the drain fixed in just a few days.
