Called Roto Rooter and was told the technician would be out within an hour. He arrived 20 minutes later and rapidly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It was outstanding job and performed quicly by an exceptional technician. I wish all companies that we called for service would respond in a like manner. I would definitely use this company again forpluming service in Columbus OH area.
