The customer service here is horrible and the management staff handles things very very very poorly. i have had a number of confrontations with the manager kristen and i have heard from a number of other residents who have complained about her, she is extremely rude and doesnt care anything about the quality of customer service she gives to the residents. The other leasing consultants are no different. Aside from the rudeness, they surprise you with new rules with no notification and hidden fees almost everytime you turn around, when you confront them about it they tell you the same statment over and over again " i know a number of residents that are in the same situation as you so if i help you out then i will have to do it for everybody" it doesnt justify their ignorance, in fact they are liars. i wont refer anyone to this property and i feel sorry for whoever is about to move in or who is even considering becoming a future resident at this apartment .
