Tech Electrical & Fabrication worked on a remodel at our house years ago. The job was completed about 5 years ago, and recently we had some electrical issues in the garage which was the new build in the remodel. They came back out and service it for a very nominal fee, as they recognized that it was work they had done. After 5 years, they're continuing to serve us as clients even though it was not expected.
