After three weeks of back and forth with these people and several mis-diagnoses at my pocket books expense I am finished. I walked away from it and put it in the hands of another local shop who took the cover off and saw the cause literally within 5 seconds of looking inside and didn't charge me a penny to look at it. Unfortunately it was the motherboard and would have been an expensive repair but I would have saved a lot of time, money and headache skipping these guys in the first place.
