Horrible, the worst I have ever seen. They installed an alarm on my car with accuators, broke my side mirror, and said it was like that when I arrived. Cost me $230 to replace. Now, the alarm is not working, called 2 days in a row and was on hold for over 30 minutes each day and never spoke to ANYONE. Does anyone monitor their customer service at all? This place is horrible!!!!! Boycott initiated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
