Preferred Plumbing & Drain did everything I expected them to do in a timely manner. I've already recommended them to a couple of people. I own several properties and I use different plumbers. I got bids for a job, and went with Preferred Plumbing.
They were punctual and got right to work. They cleaned up after they were done, which was great. They addressed and corrected the original problems and there wasn't any up-charging or finding other issues that weren't there. They were highly professional and efficient. I've already used them again about three times, and will use them again in the future.
