I went to the office to have a lower cavity fixed. I repeatedly, and I mean repeatedly told everyone in the office, I could only afford to have the one tooth fixed.\r
However, the staff continually tried to force other services on me I did not need. This behavior was repeated from my last visit in 2007, and again earlier.\r

They are pushy. Their primary purpose is for you to buy services that you do not immediately want or need.\r
\r
Also, the office had a brand new dental assistant that repeatedly made mistakes causing me repeated discomfort.\r
\r
The office will try to conduct services on the customer, without prior approval. Such as, they did not get my approval or tell me the cost of my x-rays prior to getting them.\r

If you are wealthy and/or of means and do not care of the expense of your dental care proceed to Castle Dental, otherwise i strongly advise not using this office.
