Nexcess exceeded all my expectations... they are not just a hosting company. They go way out of their way to help the customers even when & where they could easily say "well, it is just not our responsibility" like many other hosting companies do.. As long as I am in business I will never look for another hosting company for my Magento web sites.. (I am currently hosting www.lacontempo.com with them) Thanks to them I do not panic when something happens. I sleep tight..
