Every one of my service experiences with Khing Ly and the Magic Toyota service staff has been exceptional. When I needed my headlights replaced ""early"" (before Toyota modified the headlights) & the car had just edged out of warranty, the Magic Toyota Service Manager offered me a deal I could not refuse. I like how the staff works with you, explains all options clearly, the standard 10% off on service, etc. Lastly, it's always so dear to see the paper flower Khing's daughter so lovingly made for him that he keeps on his monitor for all to enjoy!
