We waited for over 3 hours from the time we arrived at this office until we left. This was with the "call ahead". Can't imagine what that would have been like. Thank Goodness they closed at 8 and we started at 5, otherwise I'm not sure we would have ever gotten out. They need to take the word "urgent" out of their name!!!
