We went to Myer's Furniture (and several other furniture stores) in mid-March looking for an L-shaped sectional. Because of the shape of our room, we specifically wanted a sectional with a long side and a short side. In Myer's Furniture, the sales woman was very friendly and not pushy, and we found a La-Z-Boy sofa that we liked. She quoted us a price for the sofa that we wanted (three cushions on one side, two cushions on the other) which was in our price range, so we ordered it and were assured we would receive it within 6-8 weeks. Fast forward 10 weeks, and our sofa finally came in (late, and with no apology for the delay) and was delivered to our house. The sofa that was delivered was not the one that we ordered. It was the right style and color, but it only had two cushions on each side.
