Absolutely horrible. managers are not friendly and probably don't even know me or my child by name. They never greet us. Left to find a more friendly location. My family is finally happy :) We found the most loving and friendly managers and staff at child time. I highly recommend to stay clear of Toddler U and go to child time, wonderful people who really do care about my children and my family.
