Nice store, but the lady behind the counter needs to be a bit more courteous to her customers. Came in to pick up a wristlet and was asked what number, asked if she meant phone number and said no, gave you a number, and made some comment. I would think your name should be sufficient, since you have ID. Felt belittled. Also my husband ordered flowers to be delivered on a special occasion and had to wait at home, didn't deliver till 6 at night, was late for dinner. They had called to see if someone would be home for delivery, then took over and hour and half to get to the house. Will go to Colchester from now on.
