Last time I used this agency for an oil change I had a coupon that I was told couldn't be used because the amount for the service was less than the required minimum but the coupon did not establish any limits.
I then explained to the service manager that I would appreciate it if they would evaluate the rear brakes (my wife had driven the car with the hand brake set)he assured me the brakes were fine. I had to have drums and brakes replaced the next week by another shop. I have no plan to return.
