The previous review does not know what he/she is talking about the company Willmark Communities, did a great job at Prominence. The staff was all great, friendly and helpful. The property was always looking great from interior to exterior. Yes there were some problems from the previous tenants but it was not that bad - if there was any problem Willmark Communities staff was on top of the problem and took care of it. This property is a great place to live.
We've been here for about 5 months now and we are so glad we picked these apartments. We are on the Third floor and get a lot of light during the day. The grounds are well kept, and the neighbors are friendly. As for the management...the best I have had so far. The Apartment Manager is wonderful. Chris is responsive and understanding. I have had 2 maintenance issues living here and they were all resolved with record time and complete with complete professionalism. She answered all my questions and was always available to help out. Be it someone parking in my spot, or me locking myself out of my apartment.
We have a beautiful view from the balcony. Our neighbors are so friendly and wonderful. The location is perfect. Both schools are minutes away. Also, there is shopping/food close by. Freeway access is another plus.
Occasionally you get a bad seed but that's with any place. There is SO MUCH SPACE here for the five of us. Having two bathrooms has worked out well for having guests. The closets are huge and there is extra storage for each unit off the patio/balcony. The maintenance crew is very efficient and helpful, and the staff gets an A for being so helpful and friendly. There is plenty of parking, even with only one spot assigned to each unit. Noise is kept to a minimum. I love living here and I'm really glad we chose it. I'm staying put!
