I've been with Fit Code for about 2 months and I LOVE it. I've lost 5 1/2 inches in a month and feel great. The trainers, Jen & Shelton, are just amazing people. They are very motivating. Not only do you get a great workout, you also get nutritional information. All the members are just like family. No one criticizes or is rude. IF you have an injury they will modify the exercises for you so you wont hurt yourself even more and can get a great workout.
