Worst experience ever.\r
Shopped on Saturday to buy a fridge.\r
Took it home and discovered it would not get cold after leaving it on all night.\r
I figured Sunday wasnt the best day to tackle this (stupid me so I waited till Monday.\r
Of course come Monday I was told that I was out of the 24 hr. return window and we needed to set up a service call.\r
Great. Lets set it up.\r
No return call on Tuesday so I called back and was told that I would receive a call first thing Wednesday.\r
No call on Wednesday.\r
Tried to call the store and its closed on Wednesday and Thursday??\r
Finally (thank you google) was able to get a hold of the complaint department.\r
FYI. They dont take complaints. \r
They're job is to connect you to whomever can best make you go away.\r
I was transfered to the Service department and told I needed to set up a service call.\r
I asked why that wasnt already done and they said I wasnt supposed to call the store. ???\r
Now Im waiting to hear back on when they can set up a service call.\r
You would think that the fact they sold me an applianc ethat doesnt work would make them a little more motivated.\r
JUST STAY AWAY!\r
Shop anywhere else.\r
Spend a little more money. You wont regret it.
