This is the first time we've used Carpet DryClean, but will certainly call again. Miguel Polo did an excellent job in assisting us in getting rid of a stain in our sofa. Rather than charge us the price of cleaning the sofa, we were able to focus on the stain at a much more efficient cost. His honesty, explanation and professionalism made for an excellent experience.
