Had my NEW pop up for 6 months – in the shop twice. I needed a warranty part – the retailer would not return my calls so I contacted the manufacturer. For 3 weeks they gave me the run-around – each time telling me “it’s in the mail”. They are extremely condescending, “explaining” to me that overnight delivery could take up to four days. Apparently, four days equates to three weeks. This company is HORRIBLE!!!! The product breaks and warranties issues are put on the back burner, when responded to at all.
