I can not believe all the whiners posting about how bad the service is, how badly they were treated, how it's a sub par facility, blah, blah, blah. You people really need to check yourselves! You sound like a bunch of spoiled rotten primadonnas. This is one of the most beautiful health clubs I've ever seen and if you're fortunate enough to have the ability to be a member, work out there or set foot in the entry way, you have a lot to be grateful for. I've been a member for over 10 years and have never had an issue with service, being treated poorly or anything close to it. This facility is operated close to perfection. Anyone bitching about this facility should take an inventory of their lives and recognize how good they have it. If you feel you're so special you need to be treated like royalty and you can't accept that mistakes happen sometimes, then your problem is with yourself, not the club.
