The doctors here are pretty good. However, the administrative staff (specifically the front desk person) is extremely disorganized. I drove a very long way to an appointment that was scheduled 3 weeks before and was told that I was not booked. She then blamed me for the mistake despite the fact that I always repeat the appointment on the phone at the end of a conversation when I am scheduling it. Moreover, they never meet their time commitments when it comes to sending documents. Documents never arrive when they say it will. Overall, the doctors are fine but the admin staff is very bad and disorganized.
