I have been a client of Pam Klemm's for many years and continue to be amazed each time I go to see her. First and foremost is how she is always prepared to show me something new and explain how it will work best for me. I am very picky about my hair, as are most people, and am generally resistive to change. Because Pam really listens to me, she will always encourage me to ""be stylish"" yet work with me so that I am comfortable and happy with the end product. When I am brave enough to try something new, Pam will take the time to show me how it's done so that I feel confident about doing it myself when I get home. I receive many compliments after having my hair colored, cut and styled by Pam and I'm always proud to refer all of my family, friends and coworkers to her. Pamela, you’re the best!
