My family of 5 has been seeing Dr. Safavi for years, and we have had nothing but good experiences! She is very kind, thorough, and professional. Her staff has always been friendly and helpful.
I have most always been satisfied with a service, but if there was a problem, it was fixed immediately and without further cost. I never felt pressured to have additional services performed. Dr. Safavi always took a ""let's wait and see what develops"" approach. And, many times the office staff have dealt with our insurance company to make sure services were covered/paid for, etc.
I would highly recommend Dr. Safavi and her office to others, and I have repeatedly done so. And, none of my referrals have been unhappy with their treatment or visit.
