I should have listened to my friends from SVA when they told me to avoid that place. They are famous for messing up orders and not keeping deadlines and charging for reprinting orders they messed up and messing up again (like cutting in half postcards that are supposed to be folded). As far as the quality it's the same as any other print shop, I didn't see any difference. So not only they were late with order twice and came there for nothing twice but the owner had the nerve to tell me that I am wasting his time when I asked what time my prints will be ready for pick up. Actually I think the owner's attitude is their biggest problem because he makes promises he can't keep and he is very arrogant and patronizing when he does it.
