I have had nothing but positive things to say about this building and your management. Indeed, I very strongly advocated for moving to this building, as I was fully confident that they would be happy here. But I realized that I had never taken the time to let you know how much I appreciate being your tenant.\r

I have lived in this apartment for nearly 2 years now and I have never once thought about living anywhere else. When the time came to renew for next year, I did not hesitate to sign again. Thank you so much for making my first renting experience an extremely positive one. Housing is one of those things people tend to take for granted until things go wrong. But I wanted to let you know that your time and efforts are truly appreciated.\r
