New Bern is a small town so there are only so many activities to get your child into. I keep my daughter here because she's having a great time while staying active. But the staff drives me up a wall! Getting two staff members to give you the same information about anything is like finding the holy grail. They do not communicate well with parents, assuming everyone has been there before will be able to read their minds and know what the heck is going on or relying on tacky signs written in three word phrases that are supposed to clear up a novel-worth of information??? Ask a question and they tell you what you want to hear just to get your check then you find out the reality is totally different. BUT,... the kids love it. And it's New Bern. So what are you gonna do?
