This was the absolute painful experience ever with a computer company. All the bad reviews are correct. And the owner or owners of this company are the most unprofessional group I ever met.
They sell computers cheap but you get what you paid for. These computers are donated to them by people who *BELIEVE* they are being e-disposed properly. I dropped off my computer that their tech then told me was trashed. I go back a week later to buy a machine just to see my so-called trash being sold by them. There was a small mark on my machine that only I knew was there because it wasn't noticeable at all.
So do not drop off a computer to these people because they are not disposing of them as they claim. And when I told the person who said he was the owner of the store, he told me it was now their computer and they can do with it as they please. These are crooks preying on people who think they are doing something good for the environment by dropping off e-trash to these people. That's how they stock their stores. Crooks but they have a nice scam going.
