I had another company tell me I needed to replace my AC unit. I wanted a second opinion, and was referred to Mr. Hipp. He showed up on time and did a complete inspection of my AC unit. He also took the time to show and explain things to me. Since I know nothing about air conditioning, that really meant a lot. He showed me what was wrong with it, fixed it. His honesty saved me thousands of dollars. Mr. Hipp also called about 3 weeks after he was here to make sure everything was good. Very high recommendations!!
